healthy, fit, well辨析區別

這三個詞均可表示「健康的」，不過也是有區別的。

1. 從句法上看：healthy 可自由地用作表語或定語，well 通常用作表語，但在現代美國英語中有時也用作定語，而 fit 則多用作表語（偶爾也用作定語）。

2. 從含義上看：healthy 主要指一個人身體強健、很少生病，尤指一個人長期的健康特徵；相比之下，well 則通常指人們在特定場合下的健康狀況；fit 表示健康，尤其指由於鍛煉所導致的健康，它可指特定的健康也可指長期的健康。如：

Though he is 80 years old, he is still healthy.

You don』t look very well.

The children are quite healthy although they have slight colds at the moment.

Exercise keeps you fit.

He runs to keep fit.
