Step 1 :發送下列文件至塞普勒斯銀行國際部

1. A questionnaire with company』s information;

公司信息採集表（根據填寫說明完成，我司會指導）

2. KYC information for any person maintaining any position in the company, i.e. Shareholder/Director/ Signatory/1bank User. KYC information includes Customer Enrollment, valid Passport, Personal Resume (attached) and Proof of Address (for Chinese residents we accept Hukou Bo and for other nationalities, a utility bill of the residential address not older than 3 months or a Bank statement from a EU Bank);

所有公司董事、股東、賬戶簽署人及網銀操作人均須提供個人信息搜集表、護照掃描件、個人簡歷及地址證明掃描件（中國國籍請提供戶口首頁及個人頁；外國公民請提供3個月內的水電單據或歐盟銀行的對賬單）

3. For all companies except the ones registered in Hong Kong and in the UK, scanned copies of Company』s Incorporation documents.

公司全套文件掃描件（除香港及英國註冊）

For companies with incorporation documents/registration date older than 1 year, a Letter of Good Standing and a Letter of incumbency are required；

成立大於一年的公司須提供企業良好證明（Good Standing）及董事在職證明書（Letter of Incumbency）；

For companies with incorporation documents/registration date older than 2 years, recent Financial Audited or Management accounts or Bank statements for the last 6 months are required;

成立大於兩年的公司須提供審計報表/內部報表/銀行對賬單或銀行流水。

*Please carefully fill every section of the questionnaire in English, and provide complete and accurate information. Questionnaire with unfinished blanks or inaccurate information will delay the whole account opening process, will also delay the transfers in future.
