繼西班牙、瑞典和孟加拉港口罷工，越南海防港提高收費，沙特達曼港(DAMMAM)和科威特舒韋赫港擁堵后，最近卡拉奇碼頭也發生擁堵現象。下面是中遠海運發布的卡拉奇碼頭擁堵可客戶書。

尊敬的客戶：

由於卡拉奇KICT碼頭擁堵、船舶等泊時間延長，導致PIX航線船期發生延誤。為盡量降低對貨物交付的影響，我公司正在積極與KICT碼頭、航線其他合作方以及當地代理進行溝通，盡量維持在KICT碼頭的等泊作業。但是，如果碼頭擁堵持續加重、等泊周期進一步延長，為保持班期，個別航次將有可能臨時改掛SAPT碼頭。

Notification of congestion at Karachi KICT terminal

Dear Valued Customers，

Due to port congestion imposed by the shortage of quay berth,the berthing time and vessel schedule of PIX will be delayed.We are doing our best to communicate with terminal,partners and local agency,to maintain the KICT berth position.Meanwhile,we would like to have your understanding that,if the port congestion going worse,mother vessel will change to calling SAPT terminal temporary by single voyage to avoid longer vessel delay.
